By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or visiting our amusement park located at 120 Harbour St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DreamFun Zone. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or visit our facilities.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. General Park Policies

All visitors to DreamFun Zone must comply with our park policies and safety regulations at all times. Our staff reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the park who fails to comply with these policies or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

2.1 Age and Height Restrictions

Certain attractions have age, height, and health restrictions for safety reasons. These restrictions are strictly enforced and clearly posted at each attraction entrance. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. We reserve the right to measure guests at attraction entrances to ensure compliance with safety requirements.

2.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited within DreamFun Zone premises:

• Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, or items that could be used as weapons
• Illegal substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
• Outside alcoholic beverages (alcohol is available for purchase at designated areas for guests 18+)
• Glass containers or bottles
• Large coolers or picnic equipment (small snack bags are permitted)
• Professional camera equipment or drones without prior written authorization
• Pets or animals (except certified service animals)
• Skateboards, roller skates, scooters, or similar wheeled devices

3. Ticket Terms and Conditions

3.1 Ticket Purchase and Validity

All tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date specified at time of purchase. Tickets purchased online must be presented either in printed form or as a mobile ticket on a smartphone or tablet. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to present valid proof of ticket purchase.

Discounted tickets (children, seniors, groups) require valid identification upon entry. Anyone found using fraudulent tickets or attempting to gain unauthorized entry will be denied admission without refund and may be subject to legal action.

3.2 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tickets purchased online are non-refundable except as required by law. In cases of park closure due to severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will offer ticket holders the option to reschedule their visit or receive a partial credit for future use. Annual pass holders will receive extensions proportional to closure duration.

Special event tickets, VIP experiences, and private party bookings have separate cancellation policies that will be provided at time of purchase.

4. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Your safety is our top priority. All attractions are regularly inspected and maintained according to international safety standards. However, participation in amusement park activities involves inherent risks. By entering DreamFun Zone, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with your visit, including but not limited to:

• Injuries resulting from rides and attractions, including but not limited to bumps, jolts, sudden movements
• Slips, trips, and falls on walkways or in queues
• Exposure to weather conditions including sun, heat, rain, or wind
• Allergic reactions to food or environmental factors

Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, pregnant women, or those with physical limitations should carefully review attraction warnings and consult with park staff before participating. We strongly recommend that guests with heart conditions, back problems, motion sickness, or other health concerns avoid certain high-intensity attractions.

5. Guest Conduct and Behavior

All guests are expected to behave in a respectful, courteous manner toward other visitors and our staff members. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the park without refund:

• Offensive, threatening, or abusive language or gestures
• Fighting, assault, or harassment of any kind
• Line cutting or saving places for large groups
• Smoking outside designated smoking areas
• Public intoxication or consumption of alcohol by minors
• Inappropriate dress or behavior that violates public decency standards
• Climbing on fences, structures, or restricted areas
• Interference with attraction operation or staff instructions

6. Photography and Media Rights

By entering DreamFun Zone, you grant us the irrevocable right to photograph, film, or record you and your party for promotional, marketing, or operational purposes. These images may be used in our advertising materials, website, social media, or other promotional channels without compensation or approval.

Personal photography and video recording for non-commercial purposes are permitted throughout most of the park. However, recording is prohibited on certain attractions for safety reasons or where posted. Professional photography or videography for commercial purposes requires advance written permission and may require licensing fees.

7. Lost and Found Property

DreamFun Zone is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests are advised to secure all loose articles before boarding attractions. Items found in the park are held at our Guest Services office for 30 days before being donated to charity or disposed of. High-value items may be held longer at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamFun Zone, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your visit or use of our facilities. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or financial losses.

Our total liability for any claim related to your visit shall not exceed the amount paid for your admission ticket. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for personal injury, so this limitation may not apply to you.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and throughout our park, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of DreamFun Zone and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Website Terms of Use

10.1 Account Registration

Certain features of our website may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to update it as necessary.

10.2 Online Transactions

Service animals are welcome throughout the park. Guests requiring special assistance should contact our Guest Services team in advance to ensure we can accommodate their needs.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your visit to DreamFun Zone shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sydney, New South Wales.

Before initiating any legal action, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
